Getty Images’ Creative Grants programme open for entries
Photographers and filmmakers have until 15 March to enter this year’s Creative Grants programme, which sees Getty Images award two $20,000 cash prizes to fund the production of visual campaigns for non-profit organisations
The Getty Images Creative Grants programme provides “two grants to facilitate collaboration between photographers, filmmakers, agency creatives and nonprofits to create a visual campaign that promotes positive change,” says Getty.
The $20,000 grants will be shared equally between the photographer or filmmaker and their agency partner “to cover costs as they work together to create compelling new imagery or video for the nonprofit of their choice.”
Applications can be sent until 15 March and will be judged on their technical, organisational and storytelling abilities, as well as their use of creative and conceptual imagery and video. The panel of jurors include David Morgan of Ogilvy & Mather, and Toshiya Kono of Hakuhodo Inc.
