Join us at PhotoVox, a monthly program presented by the Colorado Photographic Arts Center to help photographers learn and network in the Denver community.
ABOUT | Running throughout every artist’s work is a unifying thread—an elemental theme tying together the range of their creative work. Understanding this thread can help artists stay engaged in making truly authentic work, and stave off creative blocks. In this month’s PhotoVox, artist Angela Faris Belt will share a retrospective presentation of her work focused on the development of the thread running through it. Then, we will open up for Q&A discussion of the challenges artists face in identifying their thread, and ways to help define and distill it.
